I am a Texas ECHS student and I've been wanting to pursue a mechanical engineering undergrad, mech and aerospace dual masters, at Rice, Texas A&M, UH, etc.. One of my main problems is if my 60 credit hours will transfer. If they don't, should I try applying as a transfer student?
